Vergil pursed his lips as he slipped out of the house, the small paper with the directions he needed clutched in his hand. Lady had been questioning him about why he wanted to know the information, but the devil had brushed it off as just 'curiosity'. In reality he was quite eager to know just what sort of person his brother would have entrusted his beloved sword to with such ease. 'There's only one way to find out,' the devil told himself as he hurried away from Arkham manor and toward his destination.
The demon moved quickly, wanting to get there before anyone thought to stop him, especially his brother. It seemed like everyone had some agenda to keep them apart, when in reality Vergil was just curious. He wasn't going to do anything, he was merely... curious. Vergil wasn't as quick to the draw as he used to be, and the sword was back in their possession, so what could it hurt to just meet the boy? From what he'd heard, the young man sounded like a less annoying version of Dante, for which Vergil was hoping. He didn't think he could deal with another clone of his brother, one was bad enough.
It was getting later in the day by the time Vergil reached the city, and the demon was thankful he'd left early in the morning while Lady was still asleep. As he entered the city, the half devil received many curious stares, the residents no doubt wondering what 'Dante' was doing there, and more than likely why 'Dante'' was dressed so differently and acting so strange. Vergil didn't bother to stop and talk to anyone, social engagements other than the one he was seeking were not important. Right now he needed to find that boy, so, address in hand, the devil headed for the other side of town where this 'Nero' supposedly lived.
